Armando received his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Florida State University and went on to obtain his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Florida International University. While at Florida State University, he was able to work closely with the Men's/Women's Swimming/Diving and Tennis teams, respectively. Growing up in Miami, soccer was always his number one priority and always wanted to make an effort to give back to the sport he always loved. Presently, Armando and KHPT were given the opportunity to be the clinical Liaisons to the Strike Force organization, a highly reputable competitive soccer club in the South Florida community. Besides aiding with their physical therapy needs, one of the main goals is to educate the kids, parents, as well as coaches, about injury prevention and awareness. Armando has focused his efforts in the rehabilitation of sports and orthopedics, ranging from the pediatric population to the weekend warrior. He has also had success in re-conditioning high-level athletes, from the high school to professional level. Armando has an interest in health promotion and wellness and enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with his family and friends. He is also a huge supporter of the Miami Heat and Florida State.
