Chrissy earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Nova Southeastern University after completing her bachelor’s in science in allied health with a minor in psychology from the University of Tampa. She is passionate about the role that pelvic health plays in wellness and treating individuals with a myriad of pelvic floor disorders. She focuses on restoring functional movement and occupational engagement through a holistic perspective. Chrissy is currently working towards her pelvic rehab practitioner certification (PRPC) in addition to her board certification in pelvic muscle dysfunction biofeedback (BCB-PMD). Chrissy lives in Tampa with her sweet dog Lilly who enjoys helping with yoga and workouts.
