Julie graduated from Columbia University – College of Physicians and Surgeons with her MS in Occupational Therapy. She received her BA in Theatre with Honors from the University of Florida and obtained her MS Ed in Early Childhood Education from Hunter College. Julie has a passion for pelvic floor therapy, including diastasis recti management, pain management, and postpartum pelvic health, and she is in the process of obtaining her pelvic floor certification. Using a client-centered, team approach through education, evidence-based practice and encouragement, it is her belief that pain and incontinence do not have to be a part of one’s daily life. In her spare time, Julie enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, dancing, singing, running and rescuing animals.
