Georgia born and raised. Taylor graduated summa cum laude from Kennesaw State University with her bachelors in exercise science and health. She pursued her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Georgia Southern University. Taylor's love for physical therapy began after many high school and collegiate competitive cheerleading injuries. During her time in Savannah, she grew passionate about pelvic health, based on personal experiences learning the difference in what is “common” and what is “normal” as it relates to the pelvic floor. Taylor believes education is the key to success in being able maintain optimal, pain free activity.

During her free time, Taylor enjoys time with her dog and attending dog-friendly events, trying new group exercise classes and spending time with her family.
