Alyssa is originally from Galesburg, IL, where she was born and raised. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Florida after she earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Health Science and Human Movement from Monmouth College. Additionally, Alyssa is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Alyssa is passionate about helping people use movement as medicine and getting them back to doing the things they love. Alyssa is especially passionate about working with athletes and helping them with injury prevention, sport performance, and safely guiding their return back to sports with enhanced confidence. Alyssa loves to be outdoors, spend time with her friends and family, and travel to new places in her free time.
